Does anyone know a natural treatment for bone spurs?

Mainly concerned with bone spurs on the back of the heels. Never had this before. I was told to use heels as much as possible and doing that. Is there anyway to get rid of them without surgery or meds? Does laser work?

Answers:
Your diet has little to do with these. Heel spurs are commonly caused by chronic plantar fascitis. Once the spur has formed it will not go away, no matter what supplement you take, or what food you eat. If you have them surgically removed, they frequently grow back. On thing you can do is to get a heel cup made just for these spurs. They are really common and the heel cups work.

I suggest 10-20 OsteoMatrix (calcium-magnesium) per day along with 30 Alfalfa Complex and the bone spurs should dissapear in as little as a couple days. By using Vita-Lea and OsteoMarix on a regular basis should keep them from reappearing.

Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.
So they wont get any worse.stop overloading your blood stream with Junk foods. it is then deposited into your joints. eat whole foods. not much you can do. really. a doctor can give you shots. gold shots i hear.& cortisone.
bone spurs don't go away, they are bone- you can't make it dissapear or reduce.
surgery is a possibility (but not recommended unless they are horribly painful). laser won't work either, nor will any herb or vitamin...
taking calcium or other minerals won't do a thing either, they help build bones, not take them away, make sense?
I have used a supplement that is used by athletes. I really helps.
