I have 2 very painful bone spurs in my left foot. Any ideas how 2 help ease the pain? Will they ever go away?
Answers:
Others have had them dissolve by taking between 10-20 OsteoMatrix a day plus about 30 Alfalfa Complex. It took only a couple days before the spurs were gone and the pain disappeared. Using Vita-Lea and OsteoMatrix on a regular basis keeps them from reappearing. Don't let the quantity alarm you, the brand I'm referring to will cause you absolutely no side effects.
Contrary to what some believe, bone spurs are actually a deficiency of calcium which causes the body to leach calcium from the bone. As the calcium is being leached, it forms an eruption. This eruption is the bone spur.
Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or the website.
if they are really painful, you should go to a doctor, they can treat them w/a shot of cordizone (I think thats what they use)
if you want a home remedy, my grandmother always says a teaspoon of vinegar (white) and a teaspoon of honey, every 4 hours...I've never tried this
I like Alive. I am not sure if they will go away, my sister has them and complains about them all the time. I would wear loose shoes and alot of flip flops. Take hot baths to soak them. This always helped her. Good Luck and I hope you feel better.
Spurs are often caused by arch problems, bad shoes, and jobs that require you to stand all day. Go to a foot specialist (podiatrist, foot and ankle specialist) It could be a bone structure you were born with. or plantar fasciatis.
sorry, i know it can get painful. you could try stretching your feet.if it's really painful, i heard you can do surgery. you may want to look into cortizone shots..?
Try wearing some slip on shoes with a slight heel. It takes the pressure off the heel if that is where your pain is..immediately!
