Any news about bone spurs?

Answers:
Bone spurs are formed from when a ligament or tendon is pulling from where it is attached to the bone or when the bones of the joint are jamming from arthritis causing formation of bone spurs. Sometimes they are painful and sometimes they are not. If you think you have one, go get it checked out by your doctor to see if it needs to be surgically removed if it's causing you pain. Hope this helps!
