I think i have bone spurs on my feet?

it hurts every morning to walk when i get up and then standing for about 30 mins straight my feet will begin to hurt what causes that and how can i help it? is it weight?

Answers:
It may be the weight. Sometimes in the morning, when I first wake up, it's kinda painful to walk for the first few minutes. Like the blood has to get flowing when a limb falls asleep. Also, having high arches can really affect how long you can stand in one place. I can walk all day, but there is no way I can work somewhere where I'm just standing around. It hurts too much. I really recommend going to a podiatrist. They will check your arches and if worse comes to worse, do x-rays. Hope it gets better.
Most likely it is weight but I would go see a podiatrist and get his opinion!
