Can a person get bone spurs in their ankles?
From falling down. My ankles flip over sometimes when I am walking. If I sit for 15 minutes to an half hour and then get up to start walking it hurts for around 5 minutes or longer. Someone said I may have bone spurs. Didn't no what categorie to put this in so trying 2 places.
