Help i have bone spurs in my feet and now my ankles are hurting why?

i have had them for years they quit hurting for a long time so i thought they went away can they come back? were they still there? and now the back of my ankles are hurting why ? any relief

Answers:
I have heel spurs also. Your ankles probably hurt because you've changed your normal stride to help cope with the pain from the spurs.

You may want to see a podiatrist. He/she can get you custom orthotic inserts for your shoes that will adjust your stride to what nature intended. That will relieve the pain, very quickly.

Find a good osteopath physician. Im sure he could help you.
