I had a cortizone shot in my foot to help relieve the pressure for a bone spur is suppost to give a headache?

You could be allergic to cortisone. It is common and that is why you got a headache from it. Make sure you put that in your primary care Dr's records. Avoid steriods that are cortisone based.
