Would my neck bone spur make my leg twitch? It twitches constantly, aleve, etc. doesn't help?
I exercise on a recumbent bike and a tony little eclipse, might those be aggravating it? The twitch is new, the exercises and bone spur are not new.

You should ask your doctor, my opinion is (as a nurse) is that its quite possible;
May want to mention it to a Doctor, their are meds for spacticity: Baclafen and Zanaflex; they relax spastic muscles. If you see a physician he can make sure nothing else is going on.
