Which herbal remedies do you use for shoulder pain and popping after removing bone spurs and arthritis?

had surgery 3 months ago, had level 4 arthritis removed, 2 bone spurs, and decompressed a nerve, now there is bone popping, painful, and muscle spasm debilitating, surgeon won't consider more surgery (to place a cap on top of shoulder, to young for shoulder replacement) have used pain killers for months and muscle relaxants also, just doesn't provide relief, anyone got idea for relief?

Fruit pectin. It works wonders for my joints. 1 Tablespoon of liquid fruit pectin in six to eight ounces of juice every single morning. Might help, can't hurt.
poppy tea. Your doctor will prescribe it in a pure and condensed form called codeine.
Try Glucosamine for a herb. Try Yoga for a stretch. I have rotator cuff issues and have found that Yoga is beneficial. I am not great at it and it doesn't matter.
I've heard eating kiwi is good to relieve inflamation. Don't know if it's true, but it can't hurt you.
Not sure about herbal.but gluecosimine tablets are helping me. Although my arthritis isn't as bad as yours...Good luck!
i don't believe that there are any herbal remedies for this. taking a lot of flax seed and vit e is good for the repair..i will tell you this...since you have had the surgery and found little to no relief...it is more than likely your first rib on that side...it slips out of place very easily with people who have shoulder problems...it gets into the cavity above your breast bone and the nerve in the shoulder is pinched...find a good, an elderly chiropractor that has trained at a good school and understand what i am saying ...also a osteopathic Dr who still do manipulations will understand. they can put it back in place...it may take several visit...to make it stay there...and you should pay attention to what they do and ask them to teach you to repair it yourself when it does slip in the future because it will all your life...more surgery will not cure this problem...
I have arthritis in the neck and bone spurs also. My doctor is into natural products and recommended Joint Lube. It does take a couple of weeks to work, but works very well. The ingredients help manage pain and inflammation and promote the integrity of joint and connective tissue. This is a very good product that I'm sure will help out with your pain.
glucosamine can help build cartlidge a bit, but ask your doc first. most other stuff is garbage
try natural products...mega flex...www.fundingamericanow.c...
