What is a bone spur?what are the implications of having this?

Answers:
A bone spur, heel spur etc, is typically a pain at the site in which over use of the muscle has caused inflammation of the tissue, what happens is let say you walked a great distance and your not accustomed to doing that much activity, the muscles as you are walking "rub" against the bone therefore creating a spur. look at it like split ends on your hair follicle. the more abuse you put your hair through the more split it gets. You can easily remedy this problem by consuming bananas as they have a high potassium content. Do not over do it just try it. Also have a small bag of lays potato chips, the sodium will aid in maintaining the water content in your muscles. Be sure to always consume 32+ ounces a day of water. Hope this helps.
