Go back to your dentist. She cannot help solve a problem if she doesn't know it exists.

She can pretty easily deal with the splinters of bone, as well as adjust your partial in such a way that it'll be more comfortable as things are settling down. She might use a tissue conditioner on your partial- it's like a cushion- that'll make it more comfortable for you to wear as things heal.
quit your crabbing it happened to all of us that had that same problem the bones will work their way out as all infraction do, but the longer you wait the more problems you will have for the real fitting now get them in and get on with it.
they are not called bone spurs. they are splinters or pieces of bone. they are very common. most work their way out on their own. sometimes the dentist has to go take them out. some take a while to work themselves down. just go have them taken out.
