Bone spur strength?

i have a small lump at the bottom of my right index finger its quite hard what is a bone spur i am 24 mannish ive been told it could be a cyst

Answers:    A bone spur is usually located in the heel, or spine. Hard lumps at the bottom of the index finger are callouses caused by using a pen, pencil, writing. Good Luck
Hi It sounds as if it could be a ganglion. Its a deposit that becomes a hard lump.I used to have one and it hurt when i bang it so i went to my GP and had it removed. Was only at hospital for 4 hours and be very glad to get rid of it.I do have bone spurs surrounded by my foot and these aren't lumps they are more like very bad stabbing pains within your feed and they are very pain full so have them injected and now dont feel them.I hope this helps.
