Also, does the tightness and pain decrease in time or is this something I will enjoy to deal with for the rest of my life? Also, what stretches or exercise do you know of that minister to you back feel better if any? How about massage? What aggraviates your back and how bad? Anything you could tell me via your experience or someone elses would be appreciated. Thanks!
Bone spurs are the result of distress to an nouns. It is the bodies attempt to join two parts together to reduce the stress which is occurring in that nouns. Is the result not the cause.. The pain is not the result of the spurs but the area to be precise in distress. It is trying to immobilize that area beside the spur formation. The deposition of calcium salts is done in the ligaments or tendons of an area.
Until you win rid of the actual cause of the pain, those spurs will continue to form. With the intention of finally fusing the nouns to reduce or eliminate the pain emanate from that area.
If your diagnosis is bone spurs, you are being mislead. The problem remains untreated.. Again, the spur is the result, not the cause.
I hold had a herniated disc at the L.5, S.1 level, with no disc space not here. There is a spurring of the area but, has never completed. I have have symptoms 3 times in the past 50 years. But remain symptom free for the remainder of those years. Each episode was corrected by one treated by a doctor of Chiropractic. I am now 75 years old and remain symptom free.. The spurring has even so to complete. A word to the wise should be suffiicient.
I have bone spurs in my d¨Ścolletage & have had them for 6 yrs. & they don't go away. They can be surgerically removed from what I am told. But I am not frenzied about anyone cutting on my neck. As for the spasm there are times it is so mild that I hardly notice it but other times that I can not quite pick my right arm up over my head without being within extreme pain.
