Bone spurs?
my mother has a bone spur in her left heel of her foot. she have not gone to the dr yet due to money troubles. but she is a nure of some sorts and knows what it is from asking others.
she got unmarked shoes and an insert for extra support. is there anything else she can do to help easy the strain ? she is on her feet all day due to her commission and circumstances at home.
Answers: Bone spurs are very difficult to treat and get rid of, especially if she is on her feet plentifully. Good shoes and insolves are a good start. Also buy a home foot bath and some epsom salts, which are appropriate too. Normal foot massage is great - if somebody (like you) can massage her feet next to some hand creme and try to work the muscles and bones out a little bit in her foot that will help her a lot.
