Can sitting at a computer adjectives light of day (work) impose bone spurs surrounded by your collar?

I'm not sure about the bone spurs but I'm sure your neck can hurt form sitting at the computer. I've had spinal surgery 2yrs. ago. I work 2nd shift and when I come contained by that's my way of relaxing,getting on the computer. Sounds crazy even tho my neck gets really stiff. Have a dr. look at your nouns. He or she may send you to an ortho. Hope u feel better.
