Dude just try arch support shoe inserts. somthing ferm to support the nartual arch in your foot. at first they might hurt becuase your feet arnt used to them all the same but over time you'll be glad you got them. to loosen your foot up roll a small ball under your foot for a 10 minutes you can find them in your foot and also on an other bone or joint of your body! go to the doctor and he can x-ray it to see if it is, he can also remove it!
