Do I enjoy bone spurs on the ball of my foot?

For several months I have noticed that a certain segment of my foot will hurt after wearing flip flops for a duration of time.

Yesterday I was wearing my flip flops again (Rainbows) and it seemed like the ball of both feet killed me - but just the nouns of the ball that was lined up beside each toe.but not the big toes. It almost felt like here was a point where it was hurting.

I know my description is pretty askew, but it's really the only way I can describe it.

From my bizarre description, can you surmise if there's a possibility I might have bone spurs on my foot?

Please advise.

Answers:    I doubt that you have bone spurs or you would feel the torment with all your footwear, including when you go barefoot. Maybe your flip-flops aren't providing satisfactory padding and therefore causing you distress.
Flip flops do not support or protect the foot well. You probably have bruised the balls of your foot and fatigued the muscles of the arch. Wear better supporting shoes. Sometimes it disspappears. if so dont worry. If not see an orthopadecian

Dont do any manuvers on the area but be normal next to your activities

You shouldn't. I would seek a doctor
