Has anyone else own or ever have a bone spur?
I was just wondering,
I do and I have to loaf until summer to get surgery on it because I'm playing softball in the spring. My podiatrist told me mine was slowly crushing the nerves surrounded by my foot so I can't walk all day (like progress to an amusement park for example) without my foot hurting the next day, he also told me that I shouldn't wear shoes beside straps right over it.
Answers: get a 2nd opinion before you own the surgery, I was told I needed surgery too, but went to another dr, he had me do stretching exercises, lug some meds, and wear pads in shoes, now I dont requirement surgery, my spurs were really bad too. see an orthopedist not a podiatrist...
I have one surrounded by my neck from an old high academy weightlifting accident. It hurts when I get tense or wear indigestible items, like leather apron, and takes a while for pain nouns. if you need it now you should get it dont put your body beneath that kind of stress
