I enjoy a bone spur?
I think I have a bone spur. I've gotten one in my ring finger previously on my right hand when i was 12. I'm a girl. I'm 16 now and i enjoy one on my foot but it's not on my heel. it's under the bottem of my foot but towards the toes. It hurts so bad and is hard as bone. It's big too.

put a flat magnet on the pain right now, them cling on magnets u put on fridge or cars.
put a sock on over the magnet and see if it will draw the pain out.
massage it out also
