If you hold a heel of bone spur what help?

I had a heel bone spur and the treatment was an injection of cortizone by a podiatrist.

    It cured the problem.
A spur is an excessive, often protruding growth of a bone. If it is cause too much pain or it is limiting physical activity significantly, you should go for it's surgical removal.

There is NO medical treatment for the bone-spurs except for painkillers given for the moderate symptoms. Surgery offer the best option for their complete removal (also depends on their location, number and joint postion)

See the attached article for more details on treatment of bone spurs.
