Surgery for Bone Spur?
I have a surgury in 2 days. The surgeon is going to cut the skin on my right elbow, part the muscle to carry at a bone spur for removal. The spur is very significant in size. Appears to be aproximately 1/2" in length according to the Xray. Im told the proceedure will transport aproximately 30 - 45 minutes to complete. What should my recovery time be , I know there are many factor but what is a good ball park? I am told between 2 -6 weeks off work...2 minimum.any opinion or shared experiences?

Mine was contained by the forward shoulder area and it effected the arm and neck movements.
Two weeks minimum would be the soonest for frothy weight work, but 6 weeks before you feel unprocessed again. And that was with the help of physical dream therapy.
