What is A bone spur and if there is a way to heal/fix it
Because every time i move my shoulder in a absolute way it pops/cracks, not loudly though, and hurts really bad.
Is there a cure??
A bone spur is an irregular bone that sticks out surrounded by a certain way...You can get surgery to cure it but it will purloin a lot of time to recover. Um, I don't think you enjoy a bone spur...A lot of peoples bones cracks like that, but the pain is part of the bone spur...Go see a Doctor if you're really worried i'm a gymnast, and over the years i've have recurring wrist injuries. eventually, last year actually, i get a bone spur. when i stick the top of my wrist upwards, there's a lump visible. for the month after i got diagnosed with it, it hurt while i practised, but it "grew used" to my workouts so it doesnt hurt anymore. my doctor purely said to leave it, unless it starts hurting again when i'm practising.
so, see your doctor and see what he/she says. it's all down to personal nouns.

IM 18 freshly have bone spurs remove from 3 places on my legs, doctor said not to run or anything for subsequent month.?
