What can I do to relieve heel spur pain?
Answers:
i had this and tried just about everything. Had orthodics made for my shoe, got cortisone shots. Nothing seemed and they wanted to operate. My family dr told me to put sponges in my shoes and believe it or not, this helped. I also was told to wear shoes that had a higher heel to take the pressure off my heel. This was a few years ago and now I have no pain at all.
Try to get your heel injected with a steroid shot. I had my heel done it has lasted me for 2 years.
