Do I have heel spurs or something else? If so, what can I do about it?

After my baseball games, I get bad pain in my heel area. After games, it probably hurts worst. Although it doesn't usually hurt just on a regular school day. I think it hurts when the heel part goes up in my step. My uncle told me he had it when he was younger, would that have anything to do with it (family)? Is it just a growing pain (I'm 13 going on 14) or will it continue throughout my life?
