I suffer with heel spur and need to buy a good pair of walking trainers, can anyone recommend some plz?

DON'T KNOW ABOUT SHOES BUT A SHOT OF CORTISONE IN YOUR HEEL WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM

MBTs are good for heel pain. Have you thought about getting arch and heel support insoles made so that you can wear any pair of shoes.
Try a company called cosy feet they may be a bit expensive but how can you put a price on comfort
