Heel Spur! Steroid injections not working! Help!?

i know about heel spurs, after the injections stopped working for me. i had to have them shaved off, and now i don't have any problems ,so far.
try putting those gel inserts in your shoes. they helped me a lot. really noticed the problem when we had ceramic floors put in. they are a bit pricy but worth it. you have to wear them all the time , even in the house.
