How can I get rid of my heel spurs ?

I have been having heel spurs this past month. It hurts a lot when I put my weight on my right foot.

Good luck with the spurs...I can truly empathize with you having suffered with them since my early teens. One nice thing about having now gotten old is I don't stand so often anymore and don't suffer as often with the totally debilitating pain they cause.
