Bone spurs are calcified deposits around the joints. they are caused by weak joints, bones, or cartilage. They form to help support the weak area by fusing that area together for support. Bone spurs are removed with surgery or by breaking or cracking them apart and giving calcium reducing medications, which in turn can be harmful to women in their 20's and older.
Get the facts. Try going to a chiropractor and let them look at it before you have any kind of surgery. Operations SUCK!
it is ok as long as they don't hurt alot. By the way, they will come back even if u treat them. just gotta live with that. some kinds o treatment will damage your bones. Inquire a specialist who is not interested in your money.
