Ok, from your answers, I do not have heel spurs.?
My pain is like a bruise and it is on both heels, but not on the ball of my heel it is up near the achelese (sp) tenden. just to the left on the right foot and just to the right on the left foot. I am now starting to wonder if it could be that I am walking wrong... but I don't notice that I am. Common sense tells me I am walking on the insides of my feet. But why the pain now and never before?
