Whats the best way to heal a heel spurs?

Answers:
It is not usually the heel spur but inflammation of the ligament that is attached to it that causes the problem. Plantar fasciitis is the medical term.

I think the best treatment is to take anti-inflammatories like ibuprophen and walk on the toes of that foot. Walking like that stretches out the ligament.
My daughter is a dancer and she gets them frequently. The stretching of the achilles tendon and calves helps her, raising up and down on her toes also helps...and rest. If they get really bad,she just has to get off of them for a bit. An anti-inflammatory doesn't hurt either. I also started to soak her feet nightly in warm water and it seems to help.
