How to heal heel spurs?

Answers:
talk to a doc. maybe surgery will do.
A spur is a pointed peice of bone, surgery. I broke one off in my back in a accident but it came back years later or formed a growth around the broken peice.
There is no other cure, other than surgery.
The best thing to do to get relief from heel spurs is to find a shoe that has heel support, such as a quality sneaker. You should also see a podiatrist in your area to make sure the spur is not sheering you foot muscle. He may want to get a prosthetic which will help with support and give you cortisone shots which will help decrease the inflamation. If he suggests surgery, RUN! I had heel surgery for my spurs, and it was more painful than the spurs themselves and they came back!!
Surgery.
