Any remedy for heel spurs?
Answers:
Bone spurs are actually a deficiency of calcium which causes the body to leach calcium from the bone. As the calcium is being leached, it forms an eruption. This eruption is the bone spur.
They can be dissolved by using 10-20 OsteoMatrix (calcium/magnesium) plus 30 Alfalfa Complex. This can take place within a few days. I personally know that this has worked for others.
Hope this is useful and feel free to contact me with questions.
the only thing that I know of to help ease the pain is to stand up with your hands on the wall (like you are facing it ) then alternate your feet putting pressure in the heel of your foot and do this on each foot for about 60sec it will help I know it sounds silly but it really does work you can go for longer periods of time if you want but do it at least 10xs
If they are not too bad yet, put on your shoes and wear them. They are caused from going barefoot and walking on hard surfaces.
The spurs, I was told, will go away with time. Just pamper your feet.
What you likely have is plantar fasciitis...commonly called bone spurs. A podiatrist is a foot doctor...and you would benefit from seeing one. They can really help. I totally disagree with the person who says you can clear it up in a few days by taking calcium...that is simply not correct. Here are a couple of things to help before AND after you see the doctor. Before you stand up, stretch your legs traight out in front of you, curl your toes toward your head as far as you can. This stretches the sole of the foot...hold the stretch several seconds and repeat several times. When you stand, you will have less pain. Then, if you get shoes with a high rounded arch and wear them faithfully, it is like a miracle...they really help. Best are Cherokee Rockers. They may have them in local stores (esp. Famous Footwear), or you can do a web search..just enter "cherokee rockers"..many places sell many different styles. I am a nurse...worked many years 12 hr shifts, and the Rockers were life savers. Do see a podiatrist also. This can be a stubborn, recurring problem over the years, and you need to use several approaches to relieve the symptoms. Good Luck.
