Does anyone know anything about heel spurs? I have terrible pain in my heel, and I would love some answers.?

I have had a heal spur since Nov 2005, I bought the Walk Fit inserts go to www.walkfit.com, they are expansive, you can buy the cushion inserts like at WalMart, and this will relieve the pain. Other than that you will need surgery. ugh!.

I drink 2 ounces of Mangosteen Juice and that helps alot better too.

I've had my heel spur removed, it was painful as hell while it was there, and the MD told me that it could have gotten worse, so I choose surgery.
