Has anyone ever had heel spurs?

if so what should i do for them ?

If they are bad enough your Phy. should have told you about the sonic wave procedure. Ice is usually good for the pain.

You need to take Ibuprophen (OTC or RX strength which is 800mg.). This was prescribed for my Mom and it worked for her.
