Heel spurs are usually the result of plantar fascitis. As a chiropractor, I utilize a particular treatment that I've found to be very effective. In regards to the heel spurs, by taking care of the plantar fascitis, the heel spurs won't necessarily go away. They reason they form is that with plantar fascitis, this "membrane" on the bottom of your feet stretches as we get older and our arches drop (just one of the reasons). This causes adhesions to form in the fascia (membrane). What that does is cause tension on the attachment sites of the fascia. That tension causes stress on the bone, which in turn, lays down more calcium to resist that tension. This is what eventually turns into a heel spur. Sometime, fixing the plantar fascitis will allow the body to reabsorb the calcium deposit (heel spur). However, because we have to walk on our feet, that usually prevents that from happening. This is an unfortunate situation. If it got REALLY bad, they can surgically remove the heel spur. But, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you allow surgery for the plantar fascitis.

if there is a chinese natural store near you ask if they carry feng gu shui it's supposed to help
All I can say is that you are eating a lot of red meat / drink and hence this problem. This generally happens if the Uric acid levels in the blood / body are high .So go to an doctor and get your self checked as it might lead to another problem of limping while you walk.Wishing you all the luck in fast recovery.
