Menopause numbness in left hand heel spurs can this all be related?

Answers:
Heel spurs are the result of ossification of the ligament to the heel.. the cause is usually connected to how you are walking and creating a certain amount of stress to that area.. The numbness in the hand is suggestive of an inflammatory process of the nerve to that area. Usually resultant to nerve root compression in the lower cervical spine.. Perhaps it may be advisable to see your local chiropractor and have both problems attended to.. If that spur continues untreated, it will only progress. With treatment it can be reduced or eliminated within 3-4 months.
How old are you, by the way(menopause). Numbness may be due to carpal tunnel syndrome. You can get heel spurs at any age(adult). These things occurring together would just probably be coincidental. Don't worry-lots of people with the same complaints.
