Can someone help me with heel spurs?
Does anyone know how to get relief from heel spurs. I have them on both feet and I can't stand for 20 min without them hurting,any suggestions to ease the pain.
I had them surgically removed. It is a pain,(literally) but found great relief after it was all over. Expect to be off your feet for a good month to six weeks. See a podiatrist.
You can try to ONLY wear good quality, sneakers, all the time. Being bare-foot, or wearing sandals, or slippers is bad. you can try rolling a frozen water bottle with your foot, too, but really, wear good shoes, with maybe an insert, that you can buy from the store.
