Need help with spur in my heel.?
I have a spur in my heel, and it really hurts when I start to walk. Is there any thing I can do to get rid of it? Minimize the pain, ...or make it better?..please help
A friend of mine has the same problem, she went to a new doctor and they said that there is actually a surgery they can do for those spurs. But first she is trying some medication, she also said that a cortizone shot in the heel worked for good releif for a while. Hope that you find something that works for you.
