Has anyone had pain in there heels and have been diagnosed with it. Like spurs or something.?

Terrible pain in the heels, even after rest, like getting up from chair or out of bed. Or just sittin with feet on the floor and then get pain in the heels. What's the worse that can happen?

Have you been diagnosed with heel spurs by a doctor? If yes, they will not go away by themselves. They are usually made of calcium, depositing on structures like tendons in the foot. More likely, they will get worse over time. You have a few choices, though.
You can see your doctor and ask him whether he would recommend utrasound treatments or surgery to remove them.

And try to find out why they are forming.
The reason I say find out why is because
my mom had heel spurs for about 5 years. But they were small spurs, so she rested her feet alot. Then when she got kidney stones also, when she was 55, they did a test on her parathyroid gland in her neck (she had a cyst on one of the 4 parathyroid glands). They are involved in regulating calcium in your body. The calcium level in her blood was also high when that blood test result came in.
Well, she had the cyst on her parathyroid removed, and her heel spurs disappeared. That's why you should also ask the doctor to investigate and test for the reason you have them.
I had same problem, and I went to podiatrist who made special orthodics for my feet. I wear them everyday and the pain has gone away! Its a miracle!
