I had one starting to develope, so painful, it was awful. I was wearing flip flops sandles{ worst hings for your feet, a person can wear} well I went and bought Dr, Schols gel heel lifts to correct and stop the pain, wearing them in all my shoes cost about $ 5.00 at any drug store and cured the problem in a couple mts. I still wear the lifts, it raises the heel just enough to stop the pain and besure you change your shoe style. wider the better till cured. good luck..
FIRST YOU NEED TO GO AND SEE A FOOT DOCTOR. ARE YOU SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT DIAGNOSIS? THEN YOU HAVE TO JUST DEAL WITH IT. ALL YOU CAN REALLY DO IS TAKE PAIN MEDICATION FOR IT.
