Do you any advice for a heel spur?

you will need to see foot Dr / they / will give you cortisone shot / after so many times / if that does not work /you will have to have / what they call / shock wave therapy / i will swear by that 100 % / why / do i know this / i had been plauged /by heel spurs / good luck

No. But if anybody out there does I could darn sure use it. It hurts like Aitch E Double ELL!
