Anyone ever have surgery for a heel spur?

I have a heel spur and it has caused me to enjoy tarsal tunnel and on tuesday I am having surgery ,and I was wondering if this surgery is usually successful and If I will feel better afterwards

Answers: surgery usually reserved for chronic non responsive heel spur... contained by general u will better but to what degree . no body knows. it vary from one patient to another
