Answers: Heel spurs are only on the bottom of your foot. You could have inflammation on the top of your foot but from what I don't know. I have it a couple of times now and it hurts real bad to wear my shoes when I hold it. You have to go to the Dr to get medication for it or it will a short time ago keep getting worse. I'm not saying this is what you have but it is a possibility if you hold pain with it as I did.
