Heel spurs?
Hi guys, been reading a bit about this, they don't hurt much, more like an annoying smarting & it's only when i don't wear footwear (walking around the house etc)
Without seeing someone & spending too much money, are there any exercises or creams i can buy to see if it helps?
Thanks surrounded by advance.
Answers: Stretch the arches of your feet when you wake up. And put something on your foot, slippers, flips, I use the adidisage sandles. Bare feet is not good for this, sorry.
While standing up, put both arms against the wall, like a standing push up, extend one leg backbone keeping your foot flat on the floor and bend your other knee. You'll feel it in your calf, but it help your foot too.
Also, hot/cold treatments work well. Fill an empty water or soda bottle beside water and freeze it. Then roll it back and forth underneath your foot while you watch tv. Soak contained by hot water the next day or time.
Finally, if you see a doctor, ask for a cortizone injection. I hold had NO luck with custom orthodics, they are really expensive too. Good luck
Do you know for a fact that you own Heel Spurs? I mean have you been to a podiatrist or other doctor? I thought I have heel spurs also, but after attending a free presentation by a Chiropractor, I went for a free evaluation. She told me that I had Plantar Fascitis(sp) & scar tissue. She go to work on my feet with different machines, & her hands, working on them 2-3 times a week, & after 3 months my foot don't hurt very much at all anymore. And I have be suffering from foot pain for 25 years! The best part about it be, other than having the pain reduced by over 80%, be that my insurance paid 80% of the cost, & she waived the 20% that I was supposed to repay.(I had already met my deductible.) I recommend a visit to a Chiropractor to see if they can help you. They really help me. First get the correct diagnosis. It might be heel spurs, it might not, so best to be safe than sorry. Likewise Heel Spurs can be removed with the Lithotripsey Machine, nouns waves. Good Luck
My adult son has heel spurs that are amazingly painful. He has found it helpful to wear boots, as the boots put his heels up high than the toes. With the heels up higher, the majority of his weight seems to be on his toes.
What do i do in the order of heel spurs my foot hurt?
I am suffering from itchy calcareal spur within my heel. Ultra nouns, roast theraphy and allopathic medicine hav?
I've have a heel spur for days gone by two months. My doctor suggested excercise the foot, after use an rime pack
