Heel spurs?
i'm only 21 years old, i'm pretty active i work out several times a week. just this minute i've been having pains in the vertebrae of my heels often after exercising and even worse in the morning. people are suggesting i enjoy heel spurs. i'm at a healthy normal weight at 5'2. i am a lacto-vegetarian. i've looked online and i feel like this is strange for someone so young. any suggestions or experiences?
Answers: Is the affliction on the bottom of your foot in the heel area or is it actually on the hindmost of your heel? Also is the pain just present when standing or is it painful when you push your fingers into that nouns? What sort of pain is...burning, tingling, bruise like etc?
It is hard to determine short knowing these things.
Heel spurs is a possibility and would present as pain in the morning although this would normally be on the bottom of the heel. Alternative conditions which you might close to to google and see if any match your symptoms are, Sever's disease, achilles tendinitis and retrocalcaneal bursitis.
