Heel spurs?
I am very active and when I tried heel walkint today i noticed that my moved out heel feels weird and uncomphortable when I walk and when I stopped I feel mild pain for 3-4 minutes.Could it be a heel spur and can heel spurs be removed or are they permanent?
Answers: I would guess plantar fasciitis. I have this, too. Heel spurs can eventually ensue if your foot problems are not treated. Here is a link to an article about this problem.
