Dear Lord Father God, I come to your presence with a humble heart. I ask you for forgiveness of all my sins, and transgressions. I forgive those that have hurt me one instrument or another. I want to know you, and to give you my heart for you to change me. I believe in your Son Jesus Christ and I know that He die for us, and be risen to reing as King in heaven and in our heart, and to give us eternal life. Help me, Lord Father God to believe. Write my name within your Book of Life and never erase my name from your Book of life. Guide me, and teach me, because teachings come from you. I declare myself heal because by your stripes, says your word, that we are heal I know that you are my healer. And because I believe, I am save. Thank you Lord Father God, in the name of your Son Jesus Christ, I pray. Amen
