Help ... i own sever heel spurs ... any home remedies that you can share ?

i have had heel spurs for in the region of 6 years now . i have had steroid shots surrounded by both heels . 3 in the left and 2 in the right , i am irrelevant any more shots in my left foot and only any more in my right foot . i havent had any problems since the last set of shots (3 years) . just now i have been tormented with my right heel . i dont enjoy medical insurance anymore so i cant go for my last shot in my right heel . is nearby any relief from this other then going to the doctor ?
i am on my feet adjectives night and i work in a plant so i am on concrete . PLEASE . ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT !

No i dont sorry, but i just wanted to articulate i hope you feel better! i know it must be painful P.S. my mom works all hours of darkness as a waitress and her feet hurt all the time also! GOD BLESS YA'LL
