How do i catch rid of heel spurs ? i would prefer not to hold operation?

I had them too, years ago. I was prescribed some tablets from a Health Food store that were taken over a extent of 4 months or so. They disappeared and haven't been back since. Find a reputable store which can prescribe them as they are not available over the counter. I know one of them contained calcium, not sure about the other one though. Good luck, they are damned itchy!!

My husband had heel spurs and got rid of them by not taxing them (aka rest) and by gently stretching them each day. My grandmother has them one time and all you have to do is stretch your foot abundantly. If it works it will go right away if it doesn't you will need an operation.
My wife had this same issue, Note I said "had".
At the time she discovered that she have heel spurs, the Dr. informed her she needed to have injections of to help elevate the pain, however these injections become costly and she needed to seek other forms of treatments.
Her Podiatrist told her that "Soul inserts" would help with this issue, and thus it have. In the five years after placing the prescribed inserts into her shoes, I have yet to hear her complain about any form of foot affliction.
