I hold have heel spurs for over a year and very soon my ankles are swelling really weakly, is this conventional?
I think my heel spurs are caused by some shoes i was wearing ultimate year that were very flat, since then they enjoy got worse and worse and cause severe pain, I`m very soon noticing that my ankles are swelling really badly. Can anyone tell me if this is conventional with heel spurs?
Heel spurs do not cause ankle swelling. You need to be looking for other cause - high salt intake, sitting for long periods of time, heart trouble if you are elder. You might talk with your doctor about this if it doesn't budge away within a short period of time after you have eliminate the salt and make sure you get up and tramp around hourly.
